    President

    As President and Owner since 1985, Jean provides visionary and strategic leadership within the company. She oversees the company’s operations to insure efficiency, quality, service and cost effective management of resources. Jean sets the overall direction of the company to help promote revenue, profitability, and growth; and is focused on planning, developing, and implementing strategies to attain company objectives.

  • Rich Rittermann
    Vice President of Operations

    Richard, Owner and Vice President of Operations, joined Conveyor Handling Company in 1976 with a strong mechanical and electrical background. During his 38 years at Conveyor Handling Company, he has remained an integral member and has been instrumental in the continued development and growth of the company through sales and management of the 50+ employees.

  • Alan Carey
    Vice President of Sales

    Alan, Owner and Vice President of Sales has worked in the industry and with Conveyor Handling since 1978. He is dedicated to delivering reliable solutions to customers, meeting their material handling requirements on time and on budget. Overseeing the sales team, Alan is committed to prompt, professional service to all customers and will go the extra mile with customers to solve any material handling issues.

  • Michael Collins
    Director of Controls & Engineering

    Michael brings to Conveyor Handling over 10 years of design and implementation experience in the field of industrial automation. Utilizing the industry’s leading tools and products, Michael has the expertise to provide customers with anything from small system changes to full turnkey controls solutions, including cutting edges WMS/WCS, high-speed sortation, machine vision and data acquisition systems.

  • Don Hueg
    New Business Development

    Don brings over 13 years of experience in Material Handling Equipment Sales and Marketing. His expertise has led Conveyor Handling to project opportunities with Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 companies throughout the country. He is also responsible for Website Development, Social Media Marketing and SEO.

  • George Foy
    Director of Service Operations

    With 35 plus years of experience in the service arena, George prides himself in his communication with the customer from start to finish, providing real time solutions and same day service with cost effective pricing. He manages a staff of over 12 mechanics, dedicated to providing emergency service and preventative maintenance to customers.

    George was very instrumental in the expansion of the service department in Souderton, Pennsylvania in 2010.

  • Erich Gebhardt
    Installation Manager

    Erich began his employment at Conveyor Handling Company in March of 1987 as an apprentice in the installation department. After several years of training, he acquired the skills necessary to also perform service work for the company. Throughout his 27 year tenure with the company, he has risen from the on-site supervisor overseeing 15 to 20 conveyor mechanics to Mechanical Installation Manager where his responsibilities include scheduling crews, coordinating material, and monitoring the progress of the daily installations, as well as, estimating labor necessary for future projects.

  • Jeff Grim
    Project Manager

    As Project Manager in the Installation Department, Jeff ensures that all aspects of a customer’s project create a positive experience with results and exceed any and all expectations. This includes job promptness and a safe environment for everyone involved.

    His journey began 20 years ago as a mechanic where he gained knowledge of pneumatics, control devices, programming, electrical and mechanical operations of material handling equipment. Thereafter, he was managing installation projects nationwide including some of the largest in the company. Customer satisfaction is his main goal and hopes that every customer will say,“ I’m glad I chose Conveyor Handling Company for this job.”
